Helen was an accountant who join' Delta Foods as Office Manager. Originally, she was the only female staff member, but now women hold 7 of the 10 office positions - this is unusually high but shows the potential for women in the workforce. In Helen's company women fill land based roles from passenger service ticketing to servicing the requirements of fishing vessels. Helen believes that young women should look for office positions within the industry.
