LYDIA WARTORO Officer, PNG Intemal Revenue Commission Lydia completed high school and joined Customs in 1976. After training in Port Moresby, she was appointed to the customs office at Jacksons Airport - a first for female PNG customs officers. Today, Lydia has risen to Principal Advisory Officer (Valuation) and has been called upon to act as Assistant Commissioner. Lydia's advice: "Customs is an interesting area to work in but only if there is a full dedication to work" |
